Fall 2026 Practical Nursing Applicants
Attendance at an information session is required before applying to the Practical Nursing Certificate. These sessions are designed to help you make an informed decision about the program, so please come prepared with any questions you may have. Mandatory Information Sessions are offered both virtually and/or on the Danvers campus. Check each date for the specific location. Each session lasts approximately one hour and 30 minutes.

The Practical Nursing Certificate at North Shore Community College’s Ferncroft Road campus in Danvers, MA, is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). The ACEN Board of Commissioners recently granted the program Continuing Accreditation status. Additionally, the program is approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
