Program Overview
The Early Childhood Education Foundational Certificate prepares students for entry-level roles working with young children in early education settings. This short-term certificate introduces foundational concepts in child growth and development, developmentally appropriate curriculum, and inclusive practices for children with diverse learning needs. Through a combination of coursework and a supervised practicum experience, students gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills working with young children.
