Your academic record is the only permanent record guaranteed maintenance in perpetuity, and we protect your privacy rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

The Registrar’s office is currently closed for onsite services and operating fully remote from the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
The preferred method of contact at this time is email, we can be reached at records@northshore.edu.
If you contact the office via phone, at 978-762-4055 please leave a voicemail with your name and number. Someone will return your call, possibly from a "private caller" line.
