About the Office
The Office of Planning, Research and Resources provides strategic planning, data analysis, survey research, and essential reporting services designed to guide all areas of the college toward data-informed decisions.
As an integral component of the institution's data governance, the office manages institutional data integrity, provides campus-wide training across foundational data systems, and fulfills official state (HEIRS) and federal (IPEDS) reporting. The team also provides internal data analysis and reporting for all aspects of the institution, supports strategic and annual tactical planning, conducts research, and acts as the institutional clearinghouse for all surveys.
The office is staffed by an Interim Senior Executive Director of Institutional Research, a Director of External Reporting, an Assistant Director, and a Business Intelligence Architect.

Grants Development and Management
The Grants Office leads the identification, procurement, and management of external state, federal, and private funding to support college priorities. All submissions to external funding agencies on behalf of the College must be coordinated through this office.

Development and Fundraising
The Development team manages fundraising initiatives, endowment development, the College's Foundation Scholarship Program, and donor relations.
