Description

Your application was selected by the federal government for review in a process called verification. In this process, we will be comparing information from your application with your (and your spouse’s, if you are married) 2019 federal tax data. If you are not required to file a 2019 federal tax return, we will need your (and your spouse’s) 2019 W2 forms. The law states that we have the right to ask you for this information before awarding federal and state aid.

A copy of the completed form will be sent to your email address.
YOU NEED TO:
Complete this form and submit any additional documentation as soon as possible so that the processing of your aid will not be delayed. Please note that students are randomly selected for verification and that this process may occur at any time throughout the award year. If you have any questions about verification, please contact Student Financial Services.
