• Longsdale Publishing practice tests - Contact NSCC’s testing center for Longsdale access codes.

• Khan Academy

• NSCC Arithmetic Preparation Prep Course

• NSCC Arithmetic and Algebra 1 Prep Course 

• ALEKS (Free Trial)

  • Visit the ALEKS website and click Free Trial (upper right).
  • Under Independent Use, click Continue.
  • Under Explore Student Module, click Try ALEKS Now.
  • Review the Terms of Use, check the agreement box, and click Continue.
  • Complete the short form with your name and personal email (not your school email).
  • Choose College or K–12 Student
  • Select Higher Ed | Math
  • Choose Beginning and Intermediate Algebra Combined
  • ALEKS will create a Guest Account with a username and password. Save this information if you want to return for more practice.
