Take classes at NSCC and live on campus at Salem State University

Interested in on-campus living? NSCC students can experience the benefits of residence life at Salem State University in a program which will provide students with experiences and opportunities that can only be realized by living at SSU, such as facilities, programs and services.

Advantage of on-campus life

Located in the vibrant City of Salem, Salem State University is six miles from NSCC’s Lynn Campus and ten miles from NSCC’s Danvers Campus. First-year, full-time NSCC students can take advantage of traditional-style double spaces and returning NSCC students will be housed in apartment-style residences.

Amenities Include

  • SSU Library
  • Gassett Fitness Center
  • SSU wireless and tech support
  • Opportunity to participate in hundreds of student programs held each year
  • Social and educational programs facilitated by SSU students, faculty and staff

Requirements and fees

NSCC students will be required to sign a housing contract that outlines certain expectations and requirements.  Students will pay the SSU housing fee and will be offered other amenities such as dining plans (including a 24/7 dining program) and on-campus parking for additional fees. Students who receive financial aid must also complete an authorization to release funds form.
