What is a Transfer Articulation Agreement?

Transfer agreements are formal partnerships between NSCC and four-year colleges and universities that make it easier to continue your education after you graduate. These agreements outline how your associate degree or specific courses will transfer into a bachelor’s program, often allowing you to move forward with junior-level standing or apply a large portion of your credits toward your degrees.

Who is eligible?

Students enrolled in transfer-focused associate degree programs at NSCC are typically eligible for these agreements. To take full advantage, you’ll usually need to complete your degree, meet GPA requirements, and follow the recommended course pathway outlined for your intended transfer school and major.

Next steps

Start by exploring available transfer agreements to see which colleges and programs match your goals. Then, meet with an advisor to build a transfer plan, stay on track with required courses, and prepare your application. Planning early helps ensure your credits transfer smoothly and you meet important deadlines
