Using a pop-up blocker can prevent you from being able to view course materials in
the learning management system and from taking tests successfully.
You will need to disable the pop-up blocker on your Web browser. Do this by:
Edge (20 and higher)
- Go to More Actions (...) icon and select Settings.
- Scroll down and select View Advanced Settings.
- Turn Block Popups to Off.
Firefox (Windows version 31 and higher)
- Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
(If you do not see the Tools menu, press the Alt key on your keyboard to display the menu bar.) - Click the Content icon on the top panel.
- De-select the checkbox to Block Pop-up Windows.
Firefox (OSX version 31 and higher)
- Go to the Firefox menu (top left) and select Preferences.
- Click the Content icon on the top panel.
- De-select the checkbox to Block Pop-up Windows.
Safari (6 and higher)
- Go to the Safari menu (top-left) and select Preferences.
- Click the Security icon.
- De-select the checkbox to Block Pop-up Windows.
Chrome (36 and higher)
- Go to the Chrome menu and select Settings.
- Click Show Advanced Settings at the very bottom of page.
- Click the Content Settings button in the Privacy section.
- Select Allow All Sites to Show Pop-ups in the Pop-ups section.
- Click OK to save changes.
Disabling Third Party Pop-up Blockers
If you changed the pop-up setting on your Web browser but new windows are still not
showing, you may have another software installed that is blocking pop-ups.
