Center for Alternative Studies
and Educational Testing (CAS)

The Center for Alternative Studies and Educational Testing supports students in achieving their academic and career goals by offering flexible pathways to college credit and comprehensive testing services. We help learners earn credit for prior learning through portfolio assessments, standardized exams, and other alternative credit options that recognize knowledge gained through work, military, and life experience. Our office also administers a wide range of testing services, including placement, certification, and proctored exams, to meet the diverse needs of our students and community.

Services are available on the Lynn Campus (LS215) or Danvers Campus (DB213) Mondays and Fridays from 9-5, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9-7.  Zoom services are available Mondays and Fridays from 9-5, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11-7.
