ItemLive reports that Dr. Patrick Tutwiler, former superintendent of Lynn Public Schools and former Massachusetts Secretary of Education, will deliver the keynote speech at North Shore Community College's 10 AM Commencement ceremony.
The 2 PM ceremony will feature keynote speaker Tom Sands, Market President-North Shore at Beth Israel Lahey Health and a member of the NHC Board of Trustees.
