Northeast Arc, a nonprofit organization which provides support for people with disabilities or autism, held a Pathways Funder Appreciation Luncheon. This event highlighted Northeast Arc's Pathways to Opportunities mentorship program, which provides paid internships for high school students with the goal of creating a pipeline of diverse, caring staff for human service agencies. Lexi Man, a 2025 Lynn Classical graduate, is in her second year at North Shore Community College where she is studying nursing. She spoke about how she had no career goals or a vision for her future until completing the program. Now she is on the road to becoming a nurse, while working at Northeast Arc.
