Free IT Support Specialist Training Program begins in February 2024

 

North Shore Community College (NSCC) is offering a free IT Support Specialist Training Program beginning in February 2024.  The free, 20-week program will be held from 9am-2pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on the Danvers Campus, 1 Ferncroft Road.

This integrated education and training program can help start you on a new career path with industry recognized credentials such as CompTIA ITF and CyberSafe.  Students will learn about networking, programming, cyber security, customer service, hardware and software.  They will also gain academic and career-building professional skills such as writing, team-building, and effective communication.

Upon successful completion, students can earn up to 11 college credits, transfer into degree programs, and be eligible for internships/job placement opportunities.
