ESSENTIAL SKILLS for SUPERVISORS Training

Essential Skills for Supervisors training is approved under the Express Grant, funded by the Massachusetts' Workforce Training Fund and administered by Commonwealth Corporation. This highly interactive training program consists of ten 3-hour modules delivered over ten consecutive weeks.

Schedule and Course Format

This highly interactive training program consists of (10) 3-hour modules delivered over 10 consecutive weeks on our Danvers Campus*. Seats are limited. Please reserve your seat in the morning or afternoon course now.

*All participants coming to campus for in-person corporate training are required to submit proof of their COVID-19 Vaccinations. The Corporate Training Solutions team will be in contact upon registration.

* This must be completed by December 21, 2022, to be eligible for reimbursement, per WTFP guidelines.

The Workforce Training Fund will reimburse you for up to 100% of training costs for businesses with under 100 employees, and up to 50% for larger businesses*
