Join the Essential Skills for Leaders training in Fall 2024

Have your employees join Essential Skills for Leaders, a highly interactive training for supervisors in their first year, entrepreneurs, and professionals. We help your employees further develop and hone their supervisory and leadership skills, so they can help you transform your company. Topics include an overview of labor laws, communication styles, difficult conversations, and performance coaching and evaluation.

Grant-Funded Assistance Essential Skills for Leaders is approved under the Express Grant, funded by the Massachusetts' Workforce Training Fund and administered by Commonwealth Corporation. The Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) will reimburse up to 100% of training costs for businesses with under 100 employees.
