ESSENTIAL SKILLS for SUPERVISORS Training

Essential Skills for Supervisors training is approved under the Express Grant, funded by the Massachusetts' Workforce Training Fund and administered by Commonwealth Corporation. This highly interactive “live online” training program consists of ten 3-hour modules delivered over ten consecutive weeks.

Schedule and Course Format

Essential Skills for Supervisors training will be conducted remotely via Zoom. 

Program 2
April 20 – June 22, 2022
Wed. for 10 weeks from 8:30 - 11:30 am

Express Grant Business Eligibility Requirements

Certificate of Good Standing: Good first step, needed to apply for the Express grants. 

Express Grant Application. Since the training starts February 3rd, please apply as soon as possible. The reviewers need 21 days to process applications. This will give you buffer time in case there are any compliance issues that need to be resolved. Training can only begin after the agreement is in place.

TIP: When you are applying for the course via the WTFP Express application, input the course ID (1134451) and course name (Essential Skills for Supervisors).
