Grant-Funded AssistanceEssential Skills for Leaders is approved under the Express Grant, funded by the Massachusetts' Workforce Training Fund and administered by Commonwealth Corporation. The Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) will reimburse up to 100% of training costs for businesses with under 100 employees.
