Every interaction with a manager or leader produces imaginary and individual tesserae, some colorful and polished and others uneven with jagged edges. Throughout your career, these pieces coalesce to create your personal leadership mosaic, a unique stylized pattern of management on display to all those you lead. In this session, we'll discover that leadership and management is both a science. . .and an art.
Workshop Takeaways:
- Recognize the importance of leadership in the workplace
- Evaluate your personal leadership styles
- Reflect on your interactions with former and current leaders and managers
Facilitator: Rich Weissman focuses on operational improvements of individuals and organizations. He earned an MS in Management from Lesley University and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
