Douglas Phillips

Kudos to Chef Douglas Phillips, NSCC’s Baking and Pastry Instructor, who took FIRST PLACE in @FoodNetwork’s #HolidayBakingChampionship!  The NSCC community was on pins and needles for six episodes as each week one contestant was eliminated from the original nine. The finale showcased the last three contestants’ baking skills, with Douglas’ Holiday Gift Cake with present inside (Orange Cake with Mascarpone Cream and Orange Buttercream) being judged the winner!  Douglas took home the grand prize of $25,000!  Read a story about Douglas in Boston Magazine at
