Volunteers
More than 50 Veterans participated in the 2/24/21 Food4Vets & Coats4Vets Distribution.
Each Veteran received a box of food containing nonperishable, well-balanced meals
that contain enough food and nutritional value for two people to have three meals
a day for 14 days. In addition, every Veteran that requested one, received a brand
new winter coat.
Grateful thanks to the MA Military Support Foundation and all the volunteers who assisted
with the distribution of food and coats, including NSCC Veteran's Services Coordinator
Kristine Babcock; Senator Joan Lovely; Representative Sally Kerans; Al Yee, Veterans Employment Representative, MassHire; VP of Student Affairs Stephen Creamer; and Interim President Nate Bryant.
