Feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
Learning to successfully balance school, work, and family can sometimes be extremely
difficult. Please visit the Student Support and Advising Center on either campus or
contact the counselors listed below by phone or email. These counselors specialize
in short-term support, crisis assistance, referrals, resources, and other ideas to
help you. Additional useful information such as Emergency Service Providers (giving
you access to a local mental health team to discuss concerns after standard business
hours), various hotlines, and Food Pantry locations/hours, can be found under Emergency Resources.

Support for Mental Health and Physical Wellness
Connect with trained counselors to talk about cultural, physical, and mental health challenges as you pursue your college education. Counselors are available to speak with you 24/7 in these five languages: English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
