Feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
Learning to successfully balance school, work, and family can sometimes be extremely difficult. Please visit the Student Support and Advising Center on either campus or contact the counselors listed below by phone or email. These counselors specialize in short-term support, crisis assistance, referrals, resources, and other ideas to help you. Additional useful information such as Emergency Service Providers (giving you access to a local mental health team to discuss concerns after standard business hours), various hotlines, and Food Pantry locations/hours, can be found under Emergency Resources.
