Virtual Computer Lab
Accessible from the MyNorthshore portal, the Virtual Lab provides users with access to a Windows environment containing nearly all of NSCC’s academic software. The lab can be used from most internet ready devices such as PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, iPad/iPhones, Android tablets/phones, etc. It doesn’t matter how powerful YOUR device is, the virtual computers do the work! From the virtual lab students can save files to their local device or cloud services such as Google Drive.
The virtual computer lab is “open” 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How Do I Access the Virtual Computer Lab?
- Log into the MyNorthshore portal
- Search for the term “Lab”
- Select the “Virtual Computer Lab” tile
- Additional support and help documentation can be accessed by selecting the “Guides & Resources for the Virtual Computer Lab” tile.
