  2. During the appointment, he or she will discuss duties of the job, qualifications, and work schedule. Your work-study schedule will be planned around your classes.

Student Lounge Attendant: Office of Student Engagement

Campus: Danvers

Duties: 1. Scheduling and running tournaments
2. Setting up Ping Pong table, television, Xbox and Wii
3. May require light to moderate lifting
4. Manage equipment daily via a sign-out/sign-in process
5. Student employees will check NSCC student IDs
6. Monitor students in the student lounge, report conflicts amongst students
7. Responsible for collecting daily signatures for entrance to lounge

Qualifications: Enrollment in lab science classes for lab safety training. Will provide lab safety training if necessary. Ability to do routine duties with minimal supervision.

Ensure students follow UB rules and NSCC policies.

Qualifications: We are looking for someone who is an organized, detail oriented, flexible team player. In addition, be able to connect and build relationships with the students that we work with.

Duties: The person in this position will play an integral role in ensuring our students, faculty, and staff have access to all the resources available to them through the NSCC library. Duties include providing a welcoming and helpful first contact to students, faculty, staff, and community members entering the library. Assisting with various circulation functions such as checking out books and other items to patrons as well as checking items in. Staffing the desk and answering phones. Retrieving books for patron requests and interlibrary loans. Helping with collection maintenance projects, such as shelving items, shifting, and shelf reading. Assisting with clerical functions including data entry, photocopying, and cutting marketing materials. Troubleshooting computer and printing issues. Other duties as assigned. The Library is seeking a student who is able to complete work study hours on Mondays and/or Wednesdays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m..

Qualifications: Previous customer service experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with people. Familiarity using computers and technology. Interest in learning about and gaining experience working in a library. Ability to be trusted with confidential information. Can be depended on to arrive promptly for agreed upon shift.

Using creative means to implement technology and music; engineering projects. Lastly, participate and engage children and youth in creative play and games/physical movement and sports related activities.

Qualifications: Ability to work independently as well as part of the team of teachers; have experience working with children and or youth via, camp settings, and/or group settings. Have a love of or have music educational experience such as playing an instruments or knowing how to read music, whereas music is our catalyst for leaning and implementing high quality educational enrichment programs. Fluency in Spanish, and Haitian Creole is desirable, but not required. Experience working with young males high desirable.

Duties: Provides assistance with planning for the MALES Program and Family Connections Events. Duties include: Represent MALES at campus events such as Orientation, Tabling, etc. Assists with campus events both on and off campus (set-up, etc.). Provide outreach to students via email and telephone and social media. Assists with preparation of meeting material. Interact with staff and faculty. Copying, filing, sorting and other clerical and data entry tasks. Other duties as assigned.

Lynn Artwork Curator : Academic Affairs

Campus: Lynn

Duties: Catalog, and label all public art work on the Lynn campus.
Maintain a database and floor plan detailing the location, approximate size, artist name, medium, condition, and facility attributes i.e.- current condition such as lighting, hanging method, wall type, paint color, space type (general circulation, office, meeting room etc.) for each piece discovered.

Document areas on Lynn campus where public art could be displayed and identify potential gallery locations. This includes updating a floor plan and taking pictures to document these potential areas.

Qualifications: Must be work study eligible, attention to detail, interest or proficiency in photography, ability to work with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe suite in order to create digitized floor plans.

Knowledge of artwork classification is preferred.
