For Students

I'm using Internet Explorer and cannot access the site - what can I do?
You must modify Internet Explorer's settings to allow session cookies.
To do this: in Internet Explorer choose Tools, then Internet Options. Click the Privacy tab and then the Advanced button. Check "Override automatic cookie handling" and then check "Always allow session cookies".

Where is my e-bill in Pipeline?
Select the School Services tab at the top
Select the Account Inquiry and Payment Options link

How do I make a payment in pipeline?
In Quick View, under e-bills, select Make a Payment

How do I set-up a payment plan?
In Quick View, select Enroll in a Payment Plan.
Under Available Payment Plans, select View Plans for appropriate semester.
Follow instructions and make down payment.

What is an Authorized User?
With the new e-billing system, you may authorize someone other than yourself to view and pay your bill. This person can be a parent or other relative, an employer, or other third party who you would like to view and/or pay your bill.

What can my authorized user do?
An authorized user can make payments on your account, and set up a payment plan.

What can my authorized user see?
There are two options for you to choose once you add an Authorized Users. They may just view your billing statement to see the current balance due, or they can view your entire payment history, which will show prior payments.

What can't an Authorized User see?
An Authorized User will not be able to view your academic status, grades or transcripts.

How do I authorize a parent or other third party to view/pay my bill?
Under Authorized User select Add an Authorized User and follow instructions.

For Authorized Users

As an authorized user what can I see and do?
The student will either give you authorization to see the current billing statement or the entire payment history. With either authorization you will be able to make payments on the student's account and set up a payment plan.

As an authorized user, how do I make a payment?
When your student authorizes you, you will receive an e-mail with directions for setting up an account and profile. To make payments, you will sign into that account and select your payment method.

When your student authorizes you, you will receive an e-mail with directions for setting up an account and profile. To set up a payment plan, you will sign into that account and follow the directions for setting up a payment plan.
