As a result of participation in the Summer Bridge program, students will :

  • Articulate the significance of cultural and socioeconomic differences;
  • Explore what it means to be a minority male in college;
  • Identify how a college education impacts life opportunities;
  • Identify academic support and social services available;
  • Formulate how their skills, interests, and values inform their career options; and
  • Identify the importance of financial literacy.
