Mission
M.A.L.E.S. (Men Achieving Leadership, Excellence and Success) organization fosters inclusive professional and personal development opportunities, which enhance and aid to the overall fabric of civic engagement and the academic and community environment. M.A.L.E.S. develops and transforms educated and engaged individuals through mentorship, brotherhood, service learning, social capital and professional growth. M.A.L.E.S. integrates the goals and vision of alumni, advisors and current members who are dedicated to help facilitate the enrichment of the organizations culture.

The Purpose of the club shall be:

To create programs and activities that will benefit the school and its student body.

To act as a support for the community service projects and other events presented by already established organizations on campus.

To improve the image, leadership qualities, and communication skills of NSCC's men.

To develop and support the Brotherhood among members.

To provide personal and professional opportunities to members.

To cultivate the experiences of young men in college and post-baccalaureate through mentorship, Brotherhood, service learning, social capital, and professional growth.

Aim to achieve academically and socially while integrating both components within NSCC.

Provide effective leadership opportunities that will assist and enhance the overall image of young men in today's society.

To encourage a commitment to excellence in the daily operation of the M.A.L.E.S. organization and uphold members to a standard of excellence and ensure members are dedicated to the organization's mission.

To acknowledge the development of its members and understand that the ultimate success is a reward of hard work, persistence, and the achievement of goals.
