Come to our Virtual Information Session to learn more
Thursday, January 11, 2022
10:00 A.M. – 11:30 A.M. EST
Hosted by Corporate Training Solutions, North Shore Community College
Massachusetts employers can receive up to $250,000 in grant funds through the Commonwealth’s Workforce Training Fund.
The Commonwealth’s Workforce Training Fund is a state fund enacted into law in July 1998 and financed entirely by Massachusetts employers. Its purpose is to provide resources to Massachusetts businesses and workers to train current and newly hired employees. Employers and organizations interested in applying for any of the Workforce Training Fund grants are encouraged to attend a virtual informational seminar hosted by Corporate Training Solutions at North Shore Community College.
Businesses will learn how to apply for funding to:
- Train employees in new technologies and production methods to remain competitive
- Improve employee English skills
- Upgrade supervisor and manager skills
- Improve analytical skills to support productivity
- Improve sales techniques
And more . . .
Our featured speaker is Kristen O’Neil Rayne, Outreach Manager for the Massachusetts
Workforce Training Fund program.
To be eligible to apply for a Workforce Training Fund grant, a company must pay into
unemployment insurance. Companies that are self-insured are not eligible for this
program.
