Are you a compassionate communicator?
Compassionate Communication - Helps people peacefully and effectively resolve conflicts in personal, organizational, and political settings.
In this live remote interactive workshop, we will discuss how to be more compassionate in these unusual times.
Learn skills to help people peacefully and effectively resolve conflicts in personal, organizational, and political settings. How to use this as a language that will provide empathy, collaboration, authenticity, and freedom. Build better team relationships and tell people what you need in a compassionate way.
In this class, participants will learn:
- Language: Understanding how words contribute to connection or distance.
- Communication: Knowing how to ask for what you want, how to hear others even in disagreement and how to move toward solutions that work for all
- Means of Influence: Sharing power with others rather than using power over others.
- Consciousness: A set of principles that support living a life of compassion, collaboration, courage and authenticity.
