North Shore Community College offers short-term certificates to gain industry-recognized credentials, certificates and degrees. Courses are offered days, evenings, weekends and online.

Requirements to enroll at NSCC.

• A high school diploma or GED is required to enroll in NSCC's for-credit certificate programs. Short-term noncredit certificates do not require a high school diploma or GED.
• Students interested in participating in any NSCC program that involves working with children, the disabled, or the elderly, or includes a clinical affiliation, internship, or field placement with a private or public health care provider, may be required to undergo a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check and/or SORI (Sex Offender Registry Information) check prior to participation.
