Physical therapist assistants are in demand.
According to the U.S. Department of Labor, employment of physical therapist assistants is expected to increase much faster than the average for all occupations. NSCC’s Physical Therapist Assistant program prepares graduates to work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist in a variety of health care settings, including rehabilitation facilities, schools, long-term care, home health care settings, pediatrics, acute care hospitals, orthopedics, and sports medicine clinics.
