Program Outcome Assessments
All CAAHEP-accredited programs are required to post information on outcomes related to student/graduate achievement of the past five years. In accordance with these requirements, we are sharing the following information:
The Medical Assisting program has an average retention rate of 81.5% for the past five years.
Graduates of the Medical Assisting program at North Shore Community College are satisfied with the education that they receive, as there is an average 100% graduate satisfaction rate over the past five years.
The five-year average for employer satisfaction is 100%.
