The Medical Assisting Program is affiliated with several local, ambulatory healthcare providers. As a result, our students have access to a wide variety of ambulatory care settings in which to complete their practicum.

MAC144 - Medical Assisting Practicum is offered in the spring semester. A minimum of 168 unpaid/supervised hours in an assigned ambulatory care facility. This requirement is met by attending eight hours of clinical, three days/week for 7 weeks.
