  2. During the appointment, he or she will discuss duties of the job, qualifications, and work schedule. Your work-study schedule will be planned around your classes.

Gym Monitor: Recreation & Wellness

Campus: Lynn

Duties: Signing clients in and out of the gym, monitoring the day to day aspects of the gym. Ensure that equipment is clean and some office and clerical work.

Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, willingness to learn. Ability to work with little or no supervision. Ability to encourage students to participate in tournaments and activities. Promote positive sportsmanship behavior. Flexible with schedule.

Pay Rate: $8.00

Duties: Clerical, computer/internet, receptionist duties. Oral and written interpretation and translation. Guide applicants and students originating in SSC/AC to various departments. Assist students with Pipeline navigation. Assist the MCS as assigned.

Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish/English. Culturally competent: confident & responsive working with and speaking with diverse language and culture populations. Is computer, internet , and Pipeline proficient. Is discrete and able to maintain confidentiality. Is dependable, patient and courteous. Initiates and completes tasks, is attentive to detail. Receives and relays messages and information accurately.

Lab Attendant: Health Professions/Simulation Lab(s)

Campus: Danvers

Duties: Assist with daily operation and technical support of the simulation lab(s) including: performance of scenarios (prep to clean up), maintain simulation lab policies and procedures, keep lab organized, perform basic computer and audio visual troubleshooting related to simulation equipment as necessary, work with health profession staff and faculty to prepare scenarios for simulation and debriefing. Assist with clerical duties as needed (file documents, make copies, send faxes, scan forms, and data entry).

Qualifications: Experience with computer programming and software highly preferred, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Work independently with minimal direction as well as work in a team. Read, interpret, and follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of our office and labs. Note: Training will be provided.

Duties: Operate specialized work-related software, maintain electronic data storage and information-housing system, clerical, process incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, computer inputs, translation duties, special projects as assigned. Direct contact with the public coordinating appointment schedules.

Qualifications: Responsibility and reliability are key. Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office, communication skills, willingness to learn, ability to work independently and flexibility are essential. Fluency in Spanish or other languages is desirable, but not required. Attention to detail and good typing skills are helpful.

Participate in development of SES Qualification Curriculum 2. Collaborate on creation of individual student learning plans 3. Develop lesson plans for integration of Graphic Arts Program.
