The resources listed below are here to support you. If you need services beyond the providers that are listed below, you are encouraged to stop by the Student Support and Advising Center where an Academic Counselor can assist you in accessing additional resources.

Community Emergency Service Providers (ESP)
For Mental Health Emergencies

The Emergency Service Provider Crisis Response Team is a community resource that provides on-phone and on-site mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, stabilization (mental health hospital care), and follow up care for children and adults in mental health distress. Just simply call the 24-hour access number listed that covers your area of residence. This resource is AVAILABLE 24 hours/7 days per week.

Crisis Intervention 'Text' Hotline

Crisis Text Line is a national, 24/7 Crisis-Intervention Hotline. Conversations are conducted via text ONLY. Send a Text if you are experiencing an emotional crisis-anytime, anywhere, and a live trained counselor will receive your text and respond quickly. Crisis counselors only know what ‘texters’ share with them and that information stays confidential. Crisis Text Line does NOT charge ‘texters’. It is a FREE service. (Standard text rate fees apply if your phone carrier charges for text messaging service)
Please note: Crisis Text Line’s crisis counselors are not therapists, and should not replace long term therapy services.
