Withdrawal Information and Policies
Refunds are processed on a regular basis. Credit card payments made through the web will be refunded back to the credit card they were charged to originally.
If the College cancels a class section tuition and fee charges are reversed in full. Any remaining credit balances are then fully refundable.
To obtain a refund for an active course, students must officially drop or withdraw within the appropriate time frame see below). Students are responsible for payment unless they drop prior to or during the time fames shown below.
Non-Attendance Does Not Constitute Withdrawal - Failure to attend your course(s) does not exempt you from your financial obligations to NSCC. You must officially withdraw to receive any consideration for a reduction in your semester charges. After the 2nd week of classes, regardless of official withdrawal, students are fully responsible for their semester charges.

The NSCC reserves the right to add or delete courses and programs or to revise tuition, fees and insurance requirements to allow for unforeseen developments. NSCC cannot guarantee that the instructor whose name is printed by the course will teach that course.
