CSP411 - Networking for Home & Small/Medium Business or ISP
Non-Credit
How do I Register?
After completing this ten-week course, a combination of the first two courses in the revised Cisco CCNA Discovery, a student will be able to take the CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician) exam. Networking for Home and Small Business is a hands-on introduction to networking and the Internet using tools and hardware commonly found in home and small business environments.
Working at a Small-to-Medium Business or ISP builds on the previous lessons with an overview of routing and remote access, addressing, and security. Become familiar with servers that provide email services, Web space, and authenticated access. Soft skills required for help desk and customer service are covered in the final chapters.
