Parking Enforcement

Goals - The goal of parking/traffic enforcement is to ensure public safety and the smooth movement of vehicles through and around NSCC Campuses. Your voluntary compliance is the goal. Unfortunately there are individuals who park and travel contrary to established rules and regulations. Many times these individuals increase the likelihood of inconvenience to fellow motorists and jeopardize public safety.

Tickets - These violators are subject to ticketing and towing. NSCC parking tickets carry the same authority as any other City or Town in the Commonwealth. Fines that remain unpaid after the 21 day appeal/payment period are subject to the following:

  • Additional penalty charges
  • Non-renewal of vehicle registration
  • Non-renewal of vehicle owners drivers license
  • Suspension of the vehicle owners ability to register for classes & receive transcripts.
  • Tickets that are not paid and reported to the registry increase from $10.00 to $35.00 each.

Parking Ticket Payments - You can now pay your parking tickets online. Please visit PayParkingFine.com to pay your parking ticket.
