NSCC Free Flu Clinics

Health Services will be sponsoring free flu clinics for both Seasonal and H1N1/Swine Flu on the Danvers and Lynn campuses. According to the criteria recommended by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Center for Disease Control, the following groups will be targeted for each type of flu vaccine.

Seasonal Flu

1. Children 6 months to 18 years of age
2. People 65 years of age and older
3. Pregnant women.
4. Immune compromised individuals

H1N1/Swine Flu

1. Pregnant women
2. Household contacts and caregivers for children younger than six months of age
3. Healthcare and emergency medical services personnel
4. All people from six months through 24 years of age
5. Persons aged 25 through 64 years who have health conditions associated with higher risk of medical complications from influenza.

Limited vaccine availability. Preference will be given to those in high priority groups.

Swine Flu Clinics
Dates will be announced as soon as the swine flu vaccine becomes available.

NSCC Immunization form

Massachusetts requires all full-time students taking twelve or more credits, Health Professions students and students on a visa to be immunized. This form must be completed and returned to NSCC HEALTH SERVICES prior to registration.
