To earn a certificate you must complete 6 courses, including: Basic Culinary Arts, Beyond Basic Culinary Arts, ServSafe plus 40 hours of supervised field work; and any combination of three electives (two workshops (W) equals one elective.) New and different elective and workshops are offered every semester.
Individuals not seeking a certificate are welcome to take any of these courses.
