Wellness & Healing Arts (WH)

Career, Certificate (C1)

This certificate is designed with a three-fold purpose 1) to provide students interested in holistic health a broad perspective of the field, 2) to provide an opportunity for health professionals to acquire a new skill or competency, and 3) to emphasize the unity of mind and body as expressed in various holistic healing modalities. The courses will emphasize methods and techniques which promote wellness, emphasize preventive measures in healthcare, and address the need for greater dialogue between conventional medical practitioners and alternative practitioners.
