Interviews

Preparing yourself for an interview is critical to your success. Legendary basketball coach John Wooden once stated, “Failing to prepare is preparing to fail”. It is helpful to prepare yourself with someone you know well and someone you don't know well. This has two benefits: you will answer questions comfortably with the person you know well and build confidence. Answering questions with someone you do not know well will be more like the actual interview.

How to Answer the Most Common Job Interview Questions

Asking Questions
Asking the interviewer questions is your time to decide if you will be interested in the company. It also shows that you want to learn more about what the company has to offer. You can actually pre-write your questions on a notepad and bring it into the interview with a pen in hand. That is one less thing you need to prepare and it is still very professional. Never bring up salary and benefits in a first interview.
