New state immunization requirements
Massachusetts has established new immunization
requirements for students entering college as of fall 2011. All incoming freshmen and Health
Science students are now required to have two doses of varicella (chicken pox) vaccine, two
doses of measles/mumps/rubella (MMR) vaccine and one dose of Tdap vaccine.
