About the Program

Project Enable is an introductory college program for students who have earned their GED and are interested in:

  • Working towards their future by earning their first 9 college credits
  • Gaining confidence to perform well in school and in their career
  • Acquiring necessary academic and personal skills to ensure success in their academic and career goals
  • Enlisting the support of Project Enable faculty, advisors, achievement coach, and program director, as well as fellow students
  • Exploring and discovering their interests, strengths and potential career opportunities
  • Taking part in exciting cultural events


After Project Enable?

Most of our students choose to continue at North Shore Community College. All of the credits that are earned through Project Enable are transferable to many programs of study at the college. This program offers participants a solid foundation upon which to build their future studies and work towards their career goals.
