* If you have a diagnosis of low vision, blindness, dyslexia, or an upper mobility disability, you may be eligible to take the companion version of the CPT or to use assistive technology on the CPT. If you meet the requirements, submit your completed Disability Services Packet or Packets and contact Disability Services to request an accommodation on the CPT.
* Extended test time cannot be requested for the CPT, as the Reading and Math sections are untimed and the Writing section has built-in extended test time.
Current NSCC students may request accommodations at any point during the semester by printing, completing, and submitting the Disability Services Packet or Packets below. Requesting accommodations involves scheduling and attending an intake appointment, having requests reviewed, and activating approved accommodations. We urge students to start this process early.
Disability Services requests documentation for the sole purpose of determining appropriate accommodations so that students may have equal access to education. Documentation is confidential. No disability-related information will appear on the student's transcript.
