Mission
The Engineering and Industrial Technology Department at North Shore Community College offers the following programs of study: Pre-Engineering, Engineering Science Transfer, and Computer Aided Design. Our faculty provides students with a comprehensive curriculum, enabling them to attain educational and/or employment goals. The Department is committed to professionalism and high quality education for our transfer, career and certificate programs. Through the use of mathematical, computer simulation and physical models, we emphasize analytical and critical thinking skills that meet or exceed the needs of the workplace and prepare students to succeed in the rapidly changing environment of Engineering and Technology.
Programs of Study
A high school diploma, GED, or passing score on a
federally approved Ability To Benefit Test is required for admission
