Project Enable
Mission
Project Enable, a transition to college program, provides GED recipients and under-prepared high school graduates with academic and community support and an opportunity to earn nine college credits. The faculty/ staff are committed to assisting entry-level college students in their efforts to coordinate their employment, social, and academic lives so that they may persist to matriculation and graduation. The project provides academic and personal support services including adjustment to college; academic advising; basic computer skills; money management; career advisement/planning; communication networking; and library/research skills.

About Applying
Anyone who has earned a GED and who can attend classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00 P.M.-9:30 P.M. may apply.

After Project Enable?
All of the credits that you earn at Project Enable are transferable to most programs of study at the college. We offer you a solid grounding upon which to build your future studies. Most of our students choose to continue at North Shore Community College.
