Ability to Benefit (ATB)
Students who lack a high school diploma or GED and want to become academically eligible to matriculate and apply for financial aid may do so if they pass a federally regulated Ability to Benefit (ATB) test. Contact us at cas@northshore.edu.

Computerized Placement Testing (CPTs)
Computerized Placement Tests (CPT's) are administered to entering students at all Massachusetts public colleges, in compliance with state law, to determine proficiency and/or ensure proper placement in Mathematics and Composition courses

Allied Health Program Exams
Satisfactory achievement on the TEAS ("Test of Essential Academic Skills") is required for admission to nursing programs and to most allied health programs.
