How to Register for Courses

New Students for Spring 2012

If you want to enroll in a degree or certificate program please submit an admissions application along with your high school diploma/transcript or GED.

Other registration options include using the Mail-In/Fax-In Registration Form (pdf 80K ) or in person at the Lynn or Danvers Enrollment Center Monday – Wednesday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Thursday & Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

 

Current Students for Spring 2012

We strongly encourage you to see an advisor before you register. If you don't know your advisor, you can obtain this information in Campus Pipeline by following these steps:

    1. Select the "School Services" tab
    2. Select "Student Services & Registration"
    3. Select "Student Records"
    4. Select "Student Information"

If your advisor is a faculty advisor, contact that faculty advisor to schedule an appointment. If your advisor is the "Student Support & Advising Center," you can walk in any time during scheduled hours at either the Lynn or Danvers campus.

Returning Students for Spring 2012

If you have taken courses within the last five years you are considered a Returning Student. Go directly to Campus Pipeline to register for courses. Step-by-step instructions are available. If you have questions about what courses to take contact your advisor. If it has been more than five years since you last took a course or if you are unsure of your status, email your full name and date of birth to applications@northshore.edu.

 

Corporate & Community Education Courses

The current Noncredit course catalog is available on the Community Education webpage.

To register for Noncredit courses please visit the online registration page or use the Mail-In/Fax-In Registration Form (pdf). You can register for Noncredit courses throughout the year!

Noncredit Course Refund Policy
You must officially withdraw from a noncredit course by completing a Student Action Form (available from NSCC administrators at most campus locations), by fax (978-762-4015), or by dated letter (Enrollment & Student Records, NSCC, Com. Ed. Div., 1 Ferncroft Rd., PO Box 3340, Danvers, MA 01923-0840).

Withdraw before the second class meeting: TOTAL REFUND
Withdrawal after the second class meeting: NO REFUND

To withdraw from a one or two meeting activity, you must contact Corporate and Community Education in writing or by phone at least 72 hours before the activity begins if you wish a tuition refund.
